End User License Agreement
eCyberForce CyberExpert End User Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Agreement
Effective Date: June 24, 2026
This End User Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between eCyberForce (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the individual or organization using the CyberExpert SaaS platform (“User,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing, registering for, or using CyberExpert, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Free Evaluation Period
eCyberForce provides a one (1) week free evaluation period to allow Users to evaluate CyberExpert.
During the free evaluation period:
- Users may upload input files with a maximum size of 200 KB per analysis request.
- Evaluation Users are allocated a limited number of AI processing tokens for input data analysis and generated output responses.
- If the file size limit or the allocated token quota is exceeded, the User will be prompted to upgrade to a Professional Subscription to continue using the service.
- The Company reserves the right to modify evaluation limits, including file size limits, token allocations, and available features, at any time.
2. Professional Subscription
After the expiration of the one-week free evaluation period, Users who wish to continue using CyberExpert must upgrade to a Professional Subscription.
The Professional Subscription includes:
- A subscription fee of $99.00 USD per month.
- Automatic recurring monthly billing unless the User cancels the subscription before the next billing cycle.
- Access to Professional features and increased AI analysis capabilities subject to applicable usage limits.
By subscribing to the Professional plan, the User authorizes recurring monthly charges through the Company’s authorized third-party payment processor.
3. Subscription Cancellation and Billing
Users may cancel their Professional Subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:
- No prorated refunds or partial refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing period.
- The User will retain access to Professional features until the end of the paid subscription period.
- No additional monthly subscription charges will be applied after the current subscription period expires.
If a Professional User exceeds the allocated monthly AI processing quota, including input and output token limits, the User will be notified and offered an additional usage package for an overflow charge of $10.00 USD per occurrence to continue using CyberExpert immediately.
Alternatively, the User may wait until the next subscription billing cycle, at which time the monthly usage allocation will automatically reset.
4. Payment Processing and Credit Card Security
eCyberForce uses an independent third-party payment processing provider to manage subscription payments and credit card transactions.
eCyberForce does not collect, store, or maintain Users’ credit card numbers or payment card information on its own systems. Payment information is managed in accordance with the security and privacy practices of the authorized payment provider.
5. User Data and AI Analysis
CyberExpert requires Users to upload data, documents, log files, or other information (“User Data”) for AI-powered cybersecurity analysis. Max. Professional User input data file size is 4 Mbyte.
eCyberForce does not permanently store, retain, sell, or share User Data submitted for analysis except as required to:
- Perform the requested analysis;
- Maintain service operations;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations; or
- Protect the security and integrity of the CyberExpert service.
User Data may be temporarily processed or cached during analysis and is deleted according to the Company’s data retention policies.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal rights and authorization to upload and analyze the submitted data.
6. AI Analysis Accuracy and Limitations
CyberExpert uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide cybersecurity analysis, insights, recommendations, and risk assessments.
AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or “hallucinations,” and therefore should not be considered guaranteed, complete, or a substitute for human cybersecurity expertise.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them for operational, security, compliance, legal, or business decisions.
eCyberForce makes no warranty that AI analysis results will be completely accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Use CyberExpert for any unlawful purpose;
- Upload malicious content intended to disrupt the CyberExpert platform;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- Use the service in a manner that violates the rights of others.
eCyberForce reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
8. Service Availability
While eCyberForce strives to maintain reliable and continuous service availability, CyberExpert is provided on an “as available” and “as provided” basis. eCyberForce does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, security concerns, or unforeseen technical issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eCyberForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or cybersecurity incidents resulting from the User’s reliance on CyberExpert analysis.
The User acknowledges that CyberExpert is an assistive analytical tool and not a replacement for professional cybersecurity assessments, security monitoring, or expert judgment.
10. Modification of Agreement
eCyberForce reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users through the CyberExpert website, application, or registered email address. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
11. Termination
eCyberForce reserves the right to suspend or terminate User access to CyberExpert if the User violates this Agreement, abuses the service, engages in fraudulent activity, or creates a security risk to the platform or other users.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eCyberForce is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By creating an account, starting a free evaluation, or subscribing to CyberExpert, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this End User SaaS Agreement.
